CANISCAELI AGREEMENT OF SALE
The following excerpts from our contract outline some of the responsibilities
of breeder and new owner of a CANISCAELI puppy:
THE BREEDER SHALL
 | provide puppies with good nutrition, socialization, and training to
establish a foundation of good health and temperament in a new home.
 | provide information regarding the dog's background in a pedigree of at
least three generations.
 | apply for Registration and provide Registration papers as soon as they are
made available by the Canadian Kennel Club.
 | provide age-appropriate inoculations, worming, and tattooing.
 | offer advice and assistance to the Buyer after the sale. |
| | | |

THE BUYER SHALL
 | provide all veterinary care for the dog's good health and comfort.
 | provide a secure and loving environment. (Tethering a dog or allowing it
to run unsupervised is a breech of this agreement.)
 | agree to sign a Non-Breeding Contract. (This Non-Breeding contract may be
omitted or cancelled at the discretion of the Breeder.)
 | advise the Breeder of the dog's progress and contact the Breeder with any
problems or questions that the purchaser may encounter. |
| | |

GUARANTEES:
 | The Breeder guarantees the dog to be free of sickness at the time of sale
and will replace any puppy returned within one week, providing that the dog
is accompanied by a written certificate of non-health from a veterinarian.
 | The Breeder guarantees the dog to be free of genetic defects for two years
from date of birth. Upon return of the affected dog, the Breeder will
replace the dog with another. If a replacement dog is not available within
six months, full purchase price will be refunded. The dog must be returned
with a written evaluation from a veterinarian. |
|

RESALE OR REPLACEMENT:
 | Should the Buyer be unable at any time to keep the dog, the Breeder
reserves the first option to purchase the dog for the price of one dollar.
The Breeder, upon exercising this option, will either
 | a) keep the dog and refund the Buyer an amount to be negotiated and
which will not exceed the original purchase price.
 | b) re-sell the dog to a suitable home. All expenses incurred will be
deducted from the purchase price and the balance refunded to the
original Buyer. |
|
 | At no time may the Buyer sell or give the dog to a third party including
retail or wholesale outlets and animal shelters. |
